When will my item be arrive?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
It is very important that you take pictures of any damage to the item and the box and send them to me. Do not attempt to fix anything. Please keep the box and all packaging because sometime eBay and the courier will want to check the item and box in person, to prevent fraudlent claims.
